The Shimano Women's Bicycle Shoes SH-WR32L are a versatile cycling shoe that allows you to use either road or mountain styles to fit your comfort level. The upper is made of tough, stretch-resistant synthetic leather with moisture-control nylon mesh inserts that provide structure and plenty of ventilation to keep your feet comfortable and cool. The Dynalast sole is made of a low profile, lightweight glass fiber reinforced polyamide that helps transfer power from your foot to the pedal allowing for a smooth and comfortable ride. Shimano Dynalast secures the foot into the ideal ergonomic position to promote a more efficient up stroke. Three hook-and-loop straps offer easy adjustability while promoting a snug, secure fit. Contoured tongue and padded collar for added comfort and heel lock down. Women's-specific fit for enhanced comfort. SPD-SL (three-hole design) and SPD (two-hole design) cleat compatible.
